Argument Essay Samples

Argument Essay SamplesAn online course on GSCEs or General Standards of Learning is not possible without argument essay samples. Essay samples are short texts with one or more sentences. A good essay sample contains a well-written argument and it also indicates whether the writer has an advanced knowledge of the subject. The difference between a good argument and a bad argument lies in the way the argument is put down in the essay. Some people use impressive facts and figures to support their argument. But such proofs are useless unless the essay actually targets the viewer's interest. If the essay is intended for your mother, your sister or your teacher, a good argument should be clear and make a good impact. The argument samples are usually presented in three parts. The first part contains an introduction, an argument and a conclusion. The second part contains a list of the evidences supporting the argument and some quotations from other sources. The third part contains the result. An argument needs to be as lucid as possible. Without this, your essay may just be a filler, whereas the alternative is a lazy essay. An essay that is completely devoid of supporting evidences is most likely to be rejected in its entirety by the college admissions officers.A number of essays about Greece have used arguments from various ancient Greek authors like Thucydides, Plato and Xenophon. Feral Cats - 1467 Words

Feral Cats have become a large problem in Oregon, as well as surfacing across the nation. Feral Cats should be Trapped, Neutered, and Released instead of being Trapped and Killed. The Cats should only be euthanized in the case of irreparable diseases. These cats deserve animal liberation in the sense that they feel pain just as we as humans do, and we as humans possess the moral duty to prevent that pain. With a non-egalitarian view of Biocentric Individualism view on things we can determine the solution to the outbreak of feral cats. There were two different videos on Wild, Feral Cats on Oregon Field Guide. One called â€Å"Wild Cats† and the other â€Å"Cats and Birds†. The first video â€Å"Wild Cats† shows a cat colony sanctuary near the†¦show more content†¦Just spaying and neutering pets is very helpful, and secondly pet owners can keep their pet cats inside so they cannot hunt for small animals or breed with outside, feral cats, by doing this it would cut down on the need to euthanize so many feral cats, and save birds, and other urban wildlife from becoming a play toy or dinner. Feeding a cat is humane for a day, but it is not enough. These animals need to be trapped, neutered, and released unless they have some horrific feline disease that would debilitate a natural and healthy life. Cats deserve to be liberated in a sense because we as humans can see that the cats have a sense of when they are in pain or when things are pleasurable, but in another sense these wild cats attack rare birds, and why do they do it? -Because it is in their nature as a wild cat, not because they want to exterminate a rare species of birds. Angus Taylor talks about the moral community and our duties in the moral community. For example, we should not let these animals suffer; they are wild, run the risk of being hit by a car, there is a high percentage of these cats who are carrying diseases such as feline leukemia or FIV, and will live a short painful life full of suffering. So what is our moral duty? We as human beings have the capacity to help the problem. We can stop the problem where is starts by realizing that we have a moral duty to stopShow MoreRelatedFeral Cat Mitigation Efforts : Tnr And More Essay2390 Words   |  10 PagesFeral Cat Mitigation Efforts: TNR and More With feral cats posing ecological and public health threats, many different techniques, reflecting a range of moral and ethical values, have been proposed and implemented. Essay on Dear America Edithed by Bernard Edelman - 1186 Words

Edited by Bernard Edelman, â€Å"Dear America† is a collection of letters written by soldiers during the Vietnam War. Their letters are written to love ones back home such as parents, siblings, and spouses but they are a great depiction of the Vietnam War. The soldiers would write these letters to help keep hope alive and to keep sane. Throughout the book the letters are categorize into those who are barely arriving into the war to those who have been there a long time. The stress and anxiety grows more and more as the letters continue and the soldiers begin to contemplate their situation. I’ve learned a lot of factual things about the Vietnam War throughout my life such as how it began and what the outcome was but reading this book was the†¦show more content†¦They are only told what they need to know and not what they should know. During this time, the beginning of the war, America joined the war to stop the spread of communism and this was pretty much all th e soldiers were told. The infantry soldiers of the war the wised up to their situation wrote many interesting letters. These â€Å"grunts† knew what they got themselves into and their letters reflect this. Most of them wrote letters home the described their everyday routing during the war. Back at home a lot of pressure was being put on politicians to end the war. Unlike previous wars many believed this wasn’t their place and believed America shouldn’t have gotten involved. The letters sent home during this time was a way to persuade people to fight to end the war. Although, not as important as other things the letters sent during this time are still important as they describe the reality of the Vietnam War. One of these letters was very detailed and describes what was important to him even if it wasn’t important to others. Cameron MacDonald wrote this letter while in Vietnam in October 1968. MacDonald begins his letter to his mom stating, â€Å"Weâ€⠄¢ve been running around these mountains every day without a break.† He starts the letter by expressing something that is very important that most people don’t talk about; the fatigue from walking. The constant walking soldiers must endure

OUSB Micro Fluidics Framework

Question: Describe the OUSB Micro Fluidics Framework. Answer: Introduction Open USB is a wander arranged at RMIT University by Dr P J Redcliffe for adjusting certified aptitudes in embedded programing with gear interfacing by using an adaptable chip Atmega32. This OUSB can be used as a part of any working structure like Windows and Linux. Both working systems has assorted praise line interfaces which licenses control access to Atmega32 by a couple summons which are predefined . OUSB can manage orders from single line to various lines and can be dumped into the Atmega32. In perspective of this development our wander is arranged by realizing some more devises like stepper motor and weight sensor. In this wander a stepper motor is used to control the weight in the pump by taking the commitment from the predefined program which is dumped in the chip. This wander ought to be conceivable by using Atmegs32 in light of the fact that microchip has various inbuilt peripherals like general nonconcurrent and synchronous transmitter and gatherer for serial exchanges (USART) . The standard point or degree of this wander is to realize OUSB to gage the weight from the pump which will be used as a part of the microbiology labs by using a weight sensor and the weight will be controlled by using a bipolar stepper motor. The essential heart of this wander is open USB OR OUSB which is an embed device which is arranged by the teacher at RMIT school whose name is Dr P J Redcliffe for learning and educating in introduced systems. This OUSB can be used both as a piece of windows and Linux environment with both has differing scripting style and programming style on the inverse side both has same kind of requests for the fundamental operation. As of my examination on the destinations and Google look for there is next to no related undertakings and related information with respect to OUSB . The principle site which gives the point by point information about OUSB is Dr P J Redcliffe site which is on a very basic level proposed for the OUSB. Going to alternate points of interest of the venture this is identified with implant framework family as it contains both equipment and programming. Why this venture is identified with install framework depends on the meaning of implanted frameworks says committed PC frameworks with continuous compels with bigger electrical or mechanical frameworks and frequently incorporates mechanical and equipment parts . Around 98% of the implanted frameworks accompany either microcontrollers or microchips or them two. Then again, resulting in these present circumstances extend it incorporates a chip which is Atmega32 and has the vast majority of the electrical and electronic parts. Backpedaling why Dr P J Redcliffe has made OUSB? In the times of windows 98 and DOS every one of the sources of info and yields can be effortlessly available by the summons. As the days passes new OS has being propelled like windows vista and windows8. In new kind of OS, it is difficult to access to I/O ports are being blocked furthermore specialized strategies have been changed from serial correspondence excessively parallel and, making it impossible to speak with the above techniques the majority of the tablets these ports are notavailable. The main all inclusive port is USB, subsequent to attempting diverse strategies educator was not content with the outcomes he got or the sheets might be sweeping. This all the above elements prompt make an OUSB with a few elements like driving the engine and program your own code for the microchip. Basic Concept The fundamental intension to outline the venture originates from teacher Dr Francisco Tovar lopez which is intended to gauge the steady stream rate utilizing stream sensor from miniaturized scale pumps utilizing OUSB and stepper engine. Also in the wake of doing all the examination on OUSB and its execution there was very little ventures and chose to actualize OUSB in this venture. The essential piece graph of this venture is appeared: In OUSB we have each electronic segment which is required for implanted frameworks. In the figure underneath demonstrates the electronic parts which are installed and the heart of this OUSB is Atmega32 which is utilized for programming and to control stepper engine. Here in the figure demonstrates DIP switches, control LED, LED associated with PORTB, reset catch, control supply, USB connector, Serial port for the programming in the event that if any PC has serial port, control supply for stepper engine, H-Bridge, capacitors, resistors, variable resistors, and so forth. There are more parts which are not recorded above and every one of these segments are created. The underneath figure demonstrates the a portion of the parts of the open USB gadget In OUSB you can use two strategies for programming which are executable program which is pre made by the educator Redcliffe and other system is by forming your own C or C++ program and adding it to the microchip. In this wander as we are using windows working structures here we are setting up a windows PC for OUSB. Bipolar stepper engine: In bipolar motor there will be single curving on each stage. To turn the stepper motor in reverse heading the driver circuit will be bit ensnared. Therefore, a H-Bridge is used as a piece of run of the mill yet this ought to similarly be conceivable with practically identical chips open in market. In bipolar motor there will be two leads for every phase in which neither of them is normal. In bipolar stepper motors by using a H-interface there will make certain drive topologies which can be wiped out by setting the banner at high repeat. Conclusion The venture intends to keep up a consistent stream rate by utilizing a stream sensor with the assistance of stepper engine. Stepper engine can be kept up a steady exactness precise energy for precise weight. The whole venture depends on the OUSB gadget which acts like heart of the venture which fundamentally holds Atmega32 microcontroller which is programmable as wanted by the client. OUSB is an inserted board which is a running venture at RMIT college Melbourne by teacher Dr. P J Redcliffe for the utilization of understudies to learn continuous implanted structure. This venture can be utilized as a part of microbiology labs on the off chance that it was made with littler segments, on the opposite side with regards to more extensive circumstance this can be executed to pump water starting with one place then onto the next place with consistent stream rate to diminish the harm of material and water wastage.
